地方高等医学院校实施学分制教学管理的探索——以新乡医学院为例

An Exploration on the Credit System of Teaching Management in Local Medical Universities——In a Case of Xinxiang Medical University

学分制是高等院校采用的一种科学的人才培养制度。通过分析制约地方高等医学院校实行学分制的多种因素,立足于实施学分制的基本原则,提出独具特色的地方高等医学院校的学分制管理模式,具体措施包括:明确办学指导思想及定位,修订人才培养方案,实行弹性学制,制定配合学分制改革的管理制度,加强实践教学基地建设及积极推进临床教学模式改革。

The Credit system is a scientific institution for talents cultivation adopted by universities. The paper analyzed a variety of restriction factors in the implementation of credit system in local medical universities,then put forward a distinctive credit management mode based on the basic principles of credit system implementation,with the specific measures such as clearing the guiding principles and orientation of school running,revising the personnel training plans,implementing the flexible system of schooling,developing the management system matching to the reform of credit system,strengthening the construction of practical teaching bases,and actively promoting the reform of clinical teaching mode.
