学分制模式下增强高校班级凝聚力的路径探析

On the Path Analysis to Strengthen the Construction of College Class Cohesion under the Credit System

在高校普遍实行学分制管理模式的背景下,班级成员的流动性和分散性使传统的班级观念淡化、班级凝聚力减弱。为了提升高校学生管理工作的水平,要从以下几方面增强高校班级的凝聚力:一是采用目标管理方式,树立班级目标;二是丰富班级文化建设,陶冶学生情操;三是提高辅导员的工作能力,培养高素质学生干部队伍;四是创新班级活动形式,增强集体荣誉感;五是发挥党员的模范作用。

Under the educational mode of the popular credit system in colleges and universities,the liquidity and dispersion of class members weakens the traditional conception of class,and the class cohesion declines obviously.To improve the student management level of colleges and universities,we should enhance the class cohesion from the following aspects： at first,we should adopt the objective management mode and set the class objectives; secondly,enrich the class culture construction; thirdly,strengthen the work ability of college counselor and train a high- quality student cadres team; fourthly,innovate the class activity forms and enhance the sense of group honor; fifthly,play the model role of communist.
