高校会展专业实践教学运行机制研究

On the Operation Mechanism of Practical Teaching of Exhibition Major in Colleges and Universities

目前,高校对会展专业实践教学的运行机制研究不足,导致会展专业实践师资队伍、实践教学平台和实践教学管理体制无法保障实践教学工作的正常运行。因此,应建立健全会展专业实践教学运行机制,重视实践师资的引进和培训,加强实验室、校外实习基地和创新创业基地等实践教学平台的建设,完善实践教学的过程管理机制、质量监控机制、效果评价机制、信息反馈机制和奖惩激励机制。

At present,there is inadequate research on the operation mechanism of practical teaching of exhibition major in colleges and universities,which leading to the teacher team,practical teaching platform and practical teaching management system of exhibition major unable to guarantee the regular practical teaching. Therefore,we should establish and improve the practical teaching system of exhibition major,lay emphasis on the introduction and training or practical teachers,strengthen the construction of practical teaching platform as laboratories,practical bases,off- campus training bases and innovative and entrepreneurial bases,the construction of practice teaching platform,management mechanisms,perfect the process management system,quality monitoring mechanism,evaluation mechanism,feedback mechanism and incentive mechanism of practical teaching.
