摘要
基于拌合试验、粘聚力试验、低温SCB试验、加速加载试验以及驻波管法室内噪声测试试验,研究了再生料掺量对微表处混合料施工性能、抗裂性能、长期使用性能以及降噪功能的影响,结果表明:随着再生料掺量的增大,微表处混合料拌合时间增大,30,60 min粘聚力减小;添加再生料可改善微表处混合料的低温抗裂性和抗疲劳性能,再生料掺量越大,微表处混合料抗永久变形能力越差,城市道路微表处降噪的技术手段可考虑混合料中添加再生料,以增加材料的弹韧性而降低微表处路面的振动噪音。
This article use mixing experiment,cohesion test,low SCB test,accelerated load testing,and standing wave tube interior noise test experiment,Studied the content of recycled materials on mix workability,crack resistance,long-term performance and noise reduction effects of micro-surfacing.The results show that:With the increasing content of recycled materials,micro-surfacing mixture mixing time increases,30min and 60min cohesion decreases,adding recycled materials can improve low temperature cracking resistance and fatigue resistance of micro-surfacing mix,the greater the expected renew-able content,micro-surfacing mix resistance to permanent deformation worse.Urban roads micro-surfacing can be considered noise reduction techniques to add the mix of recycled materials,in order to increase the toughness of the material while playing reduce vibration noise micro-surfacing.
