摘要
为了得出咸阳地区合理的混凝土箱梁温度梯度,本文以咸旬高速三水河特大桥为背景,通过对混凝土箱梁进行24 h温度监控,基于经典热力学理论,建立ANSYS模型,采用瞬态热分析,求出该桥梁夏季最不利时刻(15时)的理论的温度场;并用实测温度值与求得的理论温度值比较,得出适合该地区的夏季混凝土箱梁温度场分布图;最后对比国内外公路规范,可知该温度梯度较为合理。
In order to obtain the reasonable concrete beam bridge temperature gradient in Xianyang area,this article established the ANSYS model based on the classical thermodynamics theory via 24hours temperature monitoring of the concrete box girder against the background of Extra-large Bridge on XianXun Highway across the Sanshui River,calculating the theoretical thermal field at the most unfavorable moment of the bridge in summer(15 o’clock)by means of transient thermal analysis,the value of which was compared with the measured temperature value so as to get the suitable summer concrete beam bridge temperature field distribution;finally,it can be seen that the temperature gradient is rather reasonable through comparison between the domestic and foreign highway code.
