摘要 目的探讨坐式八段锦锻炼对老年性骨质疏松患者腰背部疼痛的影响。方法将100例老年性骨质疏松腰背痛患者随机分成干预组和对照组各50例。对照组予口服补肾健脾活血方中药治疗,干预组增加坐式八段锦锻炼。分别于干预前,干预后3、7、14d对两组患者腰背部疼痛程度评分。结果两组腰背部疼痛程度标尺视觉评分比较,干预主效应、时间主效应、交互效应均P<0.05。结论坐式八段锦锻炼可有效缓解老年性骨质疏松患者腰背部疼痛。 Objective To study the efficacy of Sitting Baduanjin exercise on lumbago and back pain of elderly patients with osteoporosis.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with osteoporosis were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,50 cases in each group.Both groups were given oral herbal medicine for tonifying the kidney and spleen and accelerating circulation of blood,while the experimental group were asked to perform the Sitting Baduanjin exercise additionally.The scores of backaches in the two groups were measured before and 3days,one week and two weeks after the intervention.Results The group effect,time effect and group by time effect of the study were of statistical significance(P〈0.05 for all).Conclusion The Sitting Baduanjin exercise has significant effect on backaches of elderly osteoporosis patients,and can effectively relieve their backaches.
