脑瘫儿童照顾者赋能量表的研制及其信效度检验

Reliability and validity of the Empowerment Scale for Caregivers of Cerebral Palsy Children

目的编制脑瘫儿童照顾者赋能量表,并检验其信度和效度。方法采用文献回顾法和德尔菲法,由15名专家通过2轮函询形成脑瘫儿童照顾者赋能量表的初量表。运用方便抽样法抽取160名脑瘫儿童照顾者,采用项目分析、内部一致性检验、折半信度、重测信度、探索性因子分析、相关分析和内容效度等对量表进行信度和效度检验。结果量表由5个维度共31个条目组成,总量表的Cronbach′sα系数为0.972,各维度的Cronbach′sα系数分别为0.933、0.920、0.934、0.912和0.861,折半信度系数为0.808,重测信度系数为0.880(P=0.000)。因子分析提取5个公因子,其累计方差贡献率为73.86%。结论脑瘫儿童照顾者赋能量表具有较好的信度和效度,可以作为评价脑瘫儿童照顾者赋能水平的测量工具。

Objective To test the reliability and validity of the Empowerment Scale for Caregivers of Cerebral Palsy Children.Methods A literature review and 2-round Delphi consultation were performed to consult 15 experts and form a pilot version of the Empowerment Scale for Caregivers of Cerebral Palsy Children.Using convenient sampling,160 caregivers were investigated to test the scale.Items analysis,internal consistency test,split-half reliability,test-retest reliability,exploratory factor analysis,correlation analysis and content validity were used to evaluate the scale.Results The scale had 5dimensions totaling 31 items.The Cronbach′sαcoefficient was 0.972 for the total scale,and 0.933,0.920,0.934,0.912 and 0.861 for the 5dimensions.The split-half coefficient was 0.808,and the test-retest coefficient was 0.880（P=0.000）.Factor analysis extracted 5factors,accounting for 73.86% of the total variance.Conclusion The Empowerment Scale for Caregivers of Cerebral Palsy Children has good reliability and validity,and can be used to assess the empowerment level of caregivers of cerebral palsy children.
