摘要
目的加深对高职护生护理软技能现状研究的了解,提高其培养效果。方法采用"金字塔模型"构建护理软技能问卷,包括应用层、修炼层和天赋层3个维度17个因子。采用该问卷对某高职院校二年级430名护生进行护理软技能现状调查。结果护生护理软技能现状总分(53.71±4.34)分;3个维度中应用层得分最高,修炼层次之,天赋层最低;17个因子中沟通技能因子得分最高,性格因子得分最低。结论二年级护生的护理软技能现状总体不佳,护理教师应采取针对性措施,提高护生的护理软技能。
Objective To explore the condition in soft skills among nursing students on a higher vocational program,so as to promote the teaching effect.Methods The nursing soft skills questionnaire was established based on the "pyramid model".A total of 430 nursing students on a higher vocational program were surveyed using the questionnaire which included 17 items categorized into 3dimensions of application,cultivation and gifts.Results The average total score was(53.71±4.34).Among the 3dimensions,the average score of application was the highest,followed by that of the cultivation and gifts.The average score of communication ranked first among the 17 items,while that of character ranked the lowest.Conclusion The soft skills of nursing students on a higher vocational program is not good.Teachers should take targeted measures to promote their soft skills.
