三想复习法在《护理学基础技术》教学的应用 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨基于记忆干扰学说和艾宾浩斯遗忘曲线理论的三想复习法在《护理学基础技术》教学中的应用效果。方法将2013级护理2班作为对照班采用常规护理操作教学方法;2013级护理1班作为观察班在常规护理操作教学方法基础上,采用三想复习法,即在每周操作课后的三个敏感时段(操作课当晚临睡前、次日清晨醒来后、第7天清晨醒来后)进行心理练习(即在心中默练),配合平时实验室的实践练习,达到想练结合的目的。比较两班期末成绩和学生考试前的焦虑状况。结果观察班学生期末成绩显著高于对照班,考试前焦虑程度显著低于对照班(均P<0.05)。结论在护理教学中运用三想复习法,符合大脑的记忆规律,帮助学生筛选出个人操作的薄弱环节,降低记忆量,减轻考前焦虑,从而提高操作考试成绩,提升未来的职业竞争能力。 Objective To explore the effect of review thrice method based on the Ebbinghaus forgetting curve and memory interference theory on teaching of Basic Nursing Skills.Methods Students in nursing class 2admitted in 2013 were selected as the control group and taught with traditional method for the course of Basic Nursing Skills,while students in nursing class 1admitted in 2013 were chosen as the observation group and asked to carry out after-class study in the review thrice method in addition to the traditional classroom learning.According to the review thrice method,after weekly skill lectures,they went through the skill in their mind and practiced the procedure in the lab at three crucial time points(before sleeping on the day lectures were given,the next morning and 6days later).The final skill test scores and anxiety scores of the two groups were compared.Results The average final skill test score of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,while the anxiety score of the former was significantly lower than the latter(P〈0.05 for both).Conclusion The review thrice method can help students find their weak points in nursing skills and relieve anxiety by lowering the load for memory,as it conforms with the memory pattern of the brain.It can promote their operation test scores and future career competitive power.
