摘要
目的观察基于授权理论的健康教育在首次口服阿片类镇痛药物的癌痛患者护理中应用效果。方法将首次口服阿片类药物的癌痛患者100例均分为两组,对照组实施常规癌痛健康教育,观察组在常规护理及健康教育的基础上增加基于授权理论相关教育,由授权教育小组成员对患者及家属进行相关教育指导和技能学习。观察两组患者在出院后1个月疼痛自我效能感评分、服用镇痛药物依从性情况。结果出院后1个月两组镇痛药物治疗依从性、疼痛程度及疼痛自我效能感比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论对首次口服阿片类药物镇痛的癌痛患者实施基于授权理论的健康教育,提高患者及家属对疼痛治疗的正确认识,增强了患者的疼痛自我效能感,提高患者口服镇痛药物的依从性,有效地提高了癌痛镇痛的效果。
Objective To observe health education based on the theory of empowerment provided to patients on first oral opioid therapy for cancer pain.Methods A total of 100 patients on first oral opioid therapy for cancer pain,were divided into 2groups,each having 50 cases.The control group received routine health education on pain control,while the observation group additionally received health education based on the theory of empowerment,through which,a designated empowerment group provided pain control related knowledge and skills training to patients and their families.One month after discharge,the two groups were assessed for pain control self-efficacy and adherence to pain medication.Results One month after discharge,there were significant differences in adherence to pain medication,severity of pain,and pain control self-efficacy between the two groups(P〈0.05,P〈0.01).Conclusion For patients on first oral opioid therapy for cancer pain,health education based on the theory of empowerment could help patients and their families have a correct understanding of pain management,enhance patients′pain control self-efficacy,improve their adherence to oral analgesics,and therefore improve the efficacy of pain control.
