经颅直流电干预预防吞咽障碍致吸入性肺炎 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察经颅直流电干预预防吞咽障碍患者吸入性肺炎的效果。方法将70例吞咽障碍患者随机分为对照组和观察组各35例,对照组采用传统康复护理,观察组在此基础上采用经颅直流电刺激。观察4周治疗后两组吸入性肺炎的发生率。结果两组干预后吞咽障碍有显著改善(均P<0.01),但两组干预后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组吸入性肺炎发生率为5.7%,显著低于对照组28.6%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于吞咽功能障碍患者,使用经颅直流电有助于改善吞咽功能,降低吸入性肺炎发生率。 Objective To observe the effect of transcranial direct current stimulation(tDCS)for the prevention of swallowing disorders induced aspiration pneumonia.Methods Seventy cases with swallowing disorders were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.Both groups were given traditional therapy,and the observation group was additionally treated with transcranial direct current stimulation.Four weeks later,the incidence rate of aspiration pneumonia of the two groups were observed.Results After the intervention,the aspiration pneumonia rate was 5.72%in the observation group,significantly lower than that of the control group,28.6%.Conclusion For patients with swallowing dysfunction,transcranial direct current stimulation can improve swallowing function and reduce the incidence rate of aspiration pneumonia.
