摘要
本文分别对平-凸透镜结构、凸-凸透镜结构以及凹-凸透镜结构的牛顿环进行理论推导与测量,并对测量结果分别采用逐差法和运用Origin软件线性拟合处理,通过对比得出测量精度最好的实验方案和误差分析方法。
The radius of curvature of the flat- convex lens structure,the convex- convex lens and concave-convex lens are separately analyzed and measured in this paper,and the experimental data are respectively processed with the successive difference method and the linear fitting by the Origin software. By comparing,the best experimental plan and the most suitable data processing method are obtained.
