摘要
预分解窑三次风管筒体外表面积大,热损达1134w/m2。将其表面散热控制到环温±100C,最大限度地控制热风供炉煤的燃烧及生料Ca CO3分解,对筒体内外选择理想绝热材料,减少表面热损,是节能降耗的有效途径。
Tertiary air duct predecomposition kiln surface 's area is large, whose loss of heat reaches1134 w / m2. It controls the cooling temperature of its surface to the circle temperature,controls the blast furnace coal combustion and decomposition maximally and Caco3 decomposed,and is good for the surface and inside of the duct to choose ideal insulation material and reduce heat loss,which is an effective way of saving energy and reducing consumption.
