摘要
目的:研究金花茶正丁醇提取物对乌拉坦诱导小鼠肺癌模型肿瘤发生的作用。方法:以乌拉坦(800mg/kg)每周2次,连续5周腹腔注射诱导小鼠肺癌模型,金花茶正丁醇提取物连续灌胃14周。检测肺癌发生率,小鼠血清和肺组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、丙二醛(MDA)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)与肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)变化。结果 :金花茶正丁醇提取物使乌拉坦诱导肺癌的发生率降为75.0%,模型组为90.5%;正丁醇组与模型组相比,血清中SOD、CAT、IL-2、TNF-α含量上升,组织中SOD、CAT含量显著升高,血清与组织中MDA下降无显著性差异。结论:金花茶正丁醇提取物对乌拉坦诱导的小鼠肺癌有预防作用,主要机制可能与其抗氧化和免疫调节作用有关。
Objective:To study the effect of extrative fraction from Camellia chrysantha Tuyama from n-butyl alcohol on lung carcinogenesis induced by urethane.Methods:The mouse lung carcinoma model was induced by intraperitioneal urethane 800 mg/kg twice a week for five weeks.The animals were treated with extrative fraction from Camellia chrysantha Tuyama from n-butyl alcohol for 14 weeks to investigate the rate of tumor incidence.The change of SOD,CAT,MDA,IL-2and TNF-αin serum and in lung homogenate were tested.Results:Extrative fraction from Camellia chrysantha Tuyama from n-butyl alcohol could make urethane induced lung cancer incidence reduced to 75%,the model group was 90.5%;in N-butyl alcohol group compared with model group,the serum SOD,CAT,IL-2and TNF-αlevels rose,the content of SOD and CAT in lung homogenate increased significantly,the MDA in serum and tissue was down and there was no significant difference.Conclusion:Extrative fraction from Camellia chrysantha Tuyama from n-butyl alcohol can prevent lung carcinogenesis induced by urethane,which might be related to its antioxidantion and immune-regulation.
