手法复位加中药熏洗治疗踝关节骨折脱位疗效观察

Treatment of Ankle Joint Fracture and Dislocation with Manipulative Reduction and Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation

目的:探讨手法复位加中药熏洗治疗踝关节骨折脱位的临床效果。方法:选取60例踝关节骨折脱位患者,采用手法复位加中药熏进行治疗,观察其临床效果。结果:60例患者中显效48例(80.0%),有效9例(15.0%),无效3例(5.0%),总有效率为95.0%。无效者系患者害怕疼痛不愿锻炼。结论:手法复位加中药熏洗治疗踝关节骨折脱位临床效果显著,患者满意度高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of manipulative reduction and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing in the treatment of ankle joint fracture and dislocation.Methods：60cases of patients with ankle fracture and dislocation were treated with manipulative reduction plus Chinese herbal medicine,and the clinical effect was observed.Results：60cases were markedly effective in 48cases（80.0%）,effective in 9cases（15.0%）,invalid in 3cases（5.0%）.Invalid system of patients with fear of pain is not willing to exercise.Conclusion：Manual reduction and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment of ankle joint fracture dislocation clinical effect is significant,the patient satisfaction is high,it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
