健胃止泻合剂治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效观察

Influence of JianWei ZhiXie HeJi in Treatment of Patients with Ulcerative Colitis

目的:观察健胃止泻合剂治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法:将57例溃疡性结肠炎患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组27例和治疗组30例。治疗组患者口服健胃止泻合剂治疗,对照组患者口服美沙拉嗪缓释颗粒治疗,比较两组患者总有效率、主要症状消失率、结肠镜等级。结果:治疗组患者总有效率为86.67%,高于对照组的77.78%,两组总有效率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);疗程结束后治疗组患者腹痛、便血、里急后重等主要症状的消失率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者未出现明显不良反应,对照组中2例患者出现胃部不适、恶心等症状,对症治疗后症状消失。结论:健胃止泻合剂对活动期UC患者疗效显著,可有效改善患者临床症状,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Jianwei antidiarrheal mixture in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods：57patients ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 27 cases and 30 cases.In the treatment group were given stomach diarrhea mixture treatment,control group received oral mesalazine hydrochloride sustained release granules treatment,compared two groups of patients with a total effective rate,symptoms disappear rate,grade of colonoscopy.Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,which was higher than that of the control group（77.78%）,the total effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）.At the end of the treatment,after treatment the disappearance of the main symptoms of the group of patients with abdominal pain,blood in the stool,tenesmus rate were higher than those in the control group,the difference has statistical significance（P0.05）.There were no obvious adverse reactions in the treatment group,2cases in the control group,stomach discomfort,nausea and other symptoms,the symptoms disappeared after symptomatic treatment.Conclusion：Jianwei antidiarrheal mixture has significant therapeutic effect on patients with active UC,can effectively improve the symptoms,it is worthy of clinical application.
