应用型本科转型机制下食品化学课程的实践教学改革研究 被引量:13

摘要 为了适应应用型人才培养的需求,对食品化学课程进行了改革。主要研究了应用型本科转型机制下食品化学课程的实践教学改革,重点围绕校内实训、校外实训和考核方式等3个方面进行改革。校内实训改革包括课内实验内容改革、课内实验教学方法改革和成立课外兴趣小组。校外实训改革包括校外实训基地的建立和完善,深化课程实习合作。通过教改打破传统的实践教学模式,使理论知识能够更好地与食品工业生产实际相结合,加深学生对理论知识的理解,调动学习积极性,促进了应用型食品专业人才的培养。 In order to meet the needs of application-oriented talents, the reform of the food chemistry course were carried out.This paper mainly focuses on the practical teaching reform of food chemistry course under the transformation mechanism of application oriented university around three aspects, which are the inside-school training, outside-school training and evaluation mode. The reform of inside-school training includes the reform of the experimental contents, the reform of the experimental teaching method, and the establishment of an interest group. The reform of outside-school training includes the establishment and improvement of the outside-school training base, deepen the curriculum practice cooperation. By breaking the traditional practice teaching mode through the teaching reform, the content of the book can be better combined with the actual production of food industry. It also helps students deepen understanding of theoretical knowledge and mobilize their enthusiasm of learning, which promote the cultivation of the application-oriented food professional talents.
