摘要
随着心理学研究成果的不断发展壮大,元认知和元认知策略逐渐得到学者的关注。通过元认知和元认知策略定义和内容的分析,从元认知策略的培训对大学生英语写作的影响得到启示,提出把元认知策略引入大学英语写作课堂,帮助培养学生元认知策略意识,提高写作水平。
With the development of psychology, people show much more attention to Meta-eognitive and Meta-cognitive strategy. It is found that the Meta-cognitive strategy could be trained and has a great effect on students' writing by analyzing the content of Meta-cognitive and Meta-cognitive training. It is hoped that the Meta-cognitive training during the class will facilitate the awareness of Meta-eognitive and finally improve their writing.
