摘要
在后勤保障故障模式影响分析中,确定LSA故障模式的检测能力等级、定位能力等级和故障模式等级是评价LSA故障模式、输出LSA FMEA报告和产生纠正性维修任务的关键。针对传统方法得到的评价指标精度不高的缺点,提出了一种基于线性规划的LSA故障模式评价指标优化模型——改进的DEA模型。实例验证,该模型的优化效果良好,可为维修工程分析提供理论依据。
In logistics support failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA), the determination detecting ability ratings, localizing ability ratings and failure mode ratings is the key to evaluate the LSA failure modes, output LSA FMEA reports and formulate valid corrective maintenance tasks. Since rating indeices getting from traditional methods are not at high accuracy, an optimized model-DEA based on linear programming-has been established to define rating indeices of LSA failure modes. Instance verification, shows that this method is able to effectively provide a theoretical basis for maintenance engineering analysis.
