摘要
随着民航技术的发展,对民航机务人员的能力素质要求越来越高,而民航机务人员能力模型构建是民航机务人员能力研究的重要组成部分。本研究在已有能力模型研究的基础上结合专家访谈确定了民航机务人员能力词典,通过编制调查问卷进行调查研究,利用因子分析法对调查数据进行分析,提取民航机务人员能力要素,构建民航机务人员能力模型。民航机务人员能力模型的构建对民航机务人员人力资源管理具有重要的指导意义,对民航机务人员个人具有重要的启示作用。
With the development of aviation technology, competency of civil maintenance personnel has become increasingly demanding, and the building of aero maintenance personnel competency model is an important part of aero maintenance personnel competency study. Based on the previous researches of the competency model combined with expert interviews, the aero maintenance personnel competency dictionary is confirmed, questionnaires and factor analysis are employed to extract element of aero maintenance personnel competency model, and than the aero maintenance personnel competency model is built. The results have important guiding significanee for the human resource management of aero maintenance personnel, it is also important for aero maintenance personnel.
