异步电机间接矢量控制的转子电阻在线校正算法

摘要 异步电机间接矢量控制方案中,转子磁场定向的准确性受电机转子电阻变化的影响.为此本文提出了一种新型的转子电阻在线校正算法.该方法由电机稳态模型获得转子磁链q轴分量,基于该q轴分量设计补偿器在线调整转子电阻,实现转子磁场的定向,给出了其理论分析和实现算法.讨论了低速区段定子电阻、逆变器死区时间和数字控制延时对算法的影响给出了补偿方案.仿真和实验结果证明:该校正算法简单、有效,易于在线实现. In indirect vector control of an induction motor,the rotor resistance undergoes considerable variation and the accurate rotor flux orientation is lost. To overcome this problem a novel online algorithm of rotor resistance correction is proposed. It is based on the elimination of the q-axis rotor flux,which is calculated from steady-state relations of the induction motor. The theoretical analysis and the algorithm implementation are presented. Some adverse effects on the proposed algorithm caused by stator resistance at low speed,switching dead-time of the converter and transport delay of digital pulse-width modulation,are investigated and compensated. Simulation and experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is simple,effective and quite convenient for online implementation.
