摘要
电力电子变换器在能量转换和传输中的广泛应用使其可靠性问题越来越受到人们的关注.本文从器件级和系统级角度总结了可靠性定量评估模型的建立方法,对比了各种建模方法的优缺点.分析了先天可靠性提高方法和后天可靠性提高方法提高系统可靠性的机理,实现了可靠性提高方法的分类.最后讨论了电力电子变换器可靠性研究存在的问题及未来发展方向.
Reliability of power electronic converter widely used in energy transmission and conversion receives more and more attention. This paper summarizes quantitative reliability model from the view of component-level and system-level and contrasts the merits and demerits of different reliability models The mechanism of reliability improvement is analyzed by congenital and acquired reliability enhancement method. Meanwhile,the classification method of reliability enhancement is achieved. Finally,the exiting problems and future direction of power electronic converter's reliability are discussed.
