电针联合帕罗西汀治疗创伤后应激障碍疗效观察

Effect of electric acupuncture combined with paroxetine in treatment of patients with post-traumatic stress disorder

目的观察电针联合帕罗西汀治疗创伤后应激障碍(PTSD)的辅助疗效。方法将53例创伤后应激障碍患者随机分为研究组(盐酸帕罗西汀联合电针治疗)23例及对照组(盐酸帕罗西汀治疗)30例,两组患者均治疗4周。于治疗前及治疗后第4周末采用创伤后应激障碍检查表(PCL)及汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评定。结果治疗后第4周末两组PCL总分及各因子评分和HAMA评分较各自治疗前均降低(P<0.05),研究组治疗后第4周末PCL总分及重现、警觉性因子评分和HAMA评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组间总不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论电针联合帕罗西汀可安全有效地治疗PTSD。

Objective To explore the effects of electric acupuncture combined with paroxetine in treatment of patients with post-traumatic stress disorder （PTSD）.Methods A total of 59 patients with PTSD were randomly divided into study group （23 cases）treated with electric acupuncture combined with paroxetine for 4 weeks and control group（30 cases） treated with paroxetine monotherapy for 4 weeks.They were assessed with the PTSD Checklist （ PCL） and Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale （ HAMA） at the baseline and the end of the 4th week of treatment.Results At the end of the 4th week of treatment, the total scores of PCL and HAMA as well as all factor scores of PCL in two groups were all significantly lower than those before treatment （P〈0.05）. Total scores of PCL and HAMA as well as the factor scores of re-experiencing and hyperarousal in study group were all significantly lower than those in control group at the end of the 4th week of treatment（P〈0.05）.After treatment, there was no difference for the total incidence of side effects between two groups （ P 〉0.05 ） .Conclusion It ’s effective for electric acupuncture combined with paroxetine to treat the patients with PTSD.
