计算机认知矫正治疗对康复期双相障碍的疗效初探 被引量：10

摘要 目的探讨计算机认知矫正治疗对双相障碍患者认知功能的改善。方法将70例康复期双相障碍患者随机分为研究组(34例)和对照组(36例),研究组给予药物治疗加计算机认知矫正治疗,对照组仅单纯的药物治疗。治疗前及治疗后第8周末进行数字符号、数字广度、连线测验A、B、视觉再生、及威斯康星卡片分类测试等神经心理测试。结果研究组治疗后第8周末数字广度中顺背、倒背及总分,视觉再生中图像b、图像c及总分,数字符号评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05);连线测试A、连线测试B的时间和WCST错误数均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);组间比较,研究组治疗后第8周末数字广度中顺背、图像再生中图像c及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05);连线测试A的时间少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论计算机认知矫正治疗可以改善康复期双相障碍患者部分认知功能。
