摘要
运行核电厂稳压器电加热器能否正常工作直接关系到核电厂的安全运行。通过对某新建核电厂调试期间稳压器电加热器故障事件进行剖析,结合电加热器制造安装工艺和工程试验验证,得出了该型号电加热器填充物的使用温度限值(140℃)。采用加速失效思想设计了预计电加热器寿命的试验,找到了电加热器热老化的相关规律。根据电加热器填充物使用温度限值和热老化规律,给出了电加热器使用保养建议和处理类似事件的经验反馈,对核电厂的安全运行有一定的指导意义。
It is critical that the electrical heater of the pressurizer works normally for PWR. Based on analyses for the heater failure events in a new nuclear power plant and combined with the heater manufacturing and installation process and related engineering test, some im-portant parameters, including filler temperature limits of no more than 140℃, and thermal ageing principle, are found out. It is helpful for providing advices and experience feedback for the usage and maintenance of heaters, and having some instructive meanings for the safe oper-ation of nuclear power plant.
