摘要 基于对目前国内防人因失误培训的现状分析,结合人员绩效模型,从不同阶段层面人手系统化建设人因实验室四个培训模块,从而达到提高人员绩效水平的目的。与核电厂传统的防人因失误培训相比,该人因实验室培训更加系统化和全面,不仅涵盖了电厂不同专业领域工作人员,而且增加人因失误陷阱的设置考核环节,强化了防人因失误工具的应用,解决了国内传统防人因失误训练培训的诸多不足。对于运行核电厂,尤其新建电厂开展人因实验室的建设都能够起到一定的借鉴意义。 Based on the status of human error prevention training in China's nuclear power plants, and combined with individual performance model, four training modules for the human performance improvement laboratory are constructed systematically to improve human perfor-mance levels. Compared with traditional training, the current training will be more systematic and comprehensive. The training not only covering all professional staff, including the main control room DCS operation training, but also covering the human error trap settings. It could provide some reference for the operating nuclear power plants, especially for new nuclear power plants to construct such laboratories.
