摘要
为关爱城管执法人员的心理健康,增强城管执法人员对工作的认同感。通过问卷法和面谈法,对某市全体城管执法人员进行心理能量测评。结果表明:城管执法人员普遍存在抑郁、焦虑、敏感、多疑、失败、急躁等心理压力;造成城管执法人员心理压力大的原因复杂多样,需从个体因素和社会环境因素等多方面分析。因此,通过梳理工作中影响个体身心健康的不良因素、研究工作环境特征对个体生理、心理机能的影响机制并据此制定针对性的提升和改善方案,可帮助员工科学调适心理状态、实现快乐工作。
In the article, we analyze the mental health care and sense of identity of law enforcement officers to their work. Questionnaires and interviews were used to evaluate the mental energy of law enforcement officers in one city. The results showed that law enforcement officers commonly face different kinds of psychological stress such as depression, anxiety, sensitiveness, suspicion, sense of failure and impatience. Also, we find that the causes of their psychological stress were complex, which should be studied from diverse factors such as individual factors and social factors. The article summarizes the adverse factors in the work that affect individual's physical and mental health, and then studies the influence mechanism of characteristics of working environment on individual's physical and mental health. Finally, we put forward some suggestions to help improve the staff's mental adjustments and thus achieve the goal of happy work.
