关于开展校内私募基金投资理财实训的实践探索

The Practical Exploration of Finance and Investment Training through Private Equity Investment Fund in College

针对证券类专业真实生产性实训难以开展的现状,我们在校内生产性实训基地的基础上,通过创立"校内私募基金"开展投资理财真实生产性实训,以进一步探索"工学结合"人才培养模式的新实现形式,培养证券类专业学生的职业能力及创新创业能力。本文对校内私募基金投资理财运作方式和基金管理模式的实训教学实践进行了总结,分析了其教学特色与效果,为开展专业实践教学改革提供新的思路。

Aiming at the situation of the difficulty in developing actual productive training for some majors, such as securities, we set up a ＂college private equity investment fund＂ on the basis of the college productive training base to give students a practical training of investment and financing, make further exploration on new form of working- learning integrated teaching mode, and cultivate students＇ professional ability and innovation ability. This article summarizes the exercising ways of college private equity investment fund and training practice of fund management modes, and analyze their characteristics and effect, which provides a new thought of exercising professional practicing teaching reform.
