摘要
通过对通识教师的内涵及绩效特征的分析,以目标管理法(MBO)和360度绩效考核法为导向,运用层次分析法(AHP)构建一套适用于通识教师的绩效评估指标体系,为建立通识教师的评价与激励体制提供参考。
By analyzing the connotation of general education teachers and the characters of their performance, this paper, by means of MBO（Management by Objectives） method and overall performance evaluation method, based on AHP（Analytic Hierarchy Process）, aims to construct an inspiring and effective evaluation sysytem for reference.
