肋骨爪形接骨板内固定治疗多发肋骨骨折的疗效分析 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨多发肋骨骨折切开复位肋骨爪形接骨板内固定治疗的临床价值及意义。方法对54例采用肋骨爪形接骨板内固定治疗多发肋骨骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果所有患者手术后呼吸状况明显改善;胸廓畸形矫正,创伤性疼痛明显减轻,能耐受;胸廓形态良好,未发生肺部感染、肺不张、异物反应以及手术切口感染等并发症。所有患者均痊愈出院。结论肋骨爪形接骨板内固定术治疗多发肋骨骨折固定效果可靠,手术操作简单快捷、创伤小,术后不需取出,疗效满意。 Objective To investigate the clinical value and significance of rib jaw-shaped bone plate in the treatment of multiple rib fractures. Methods All 54 cases of multi-rib fractures using titanium rib jaw-shaped bone plate for internal fixation were retrospectively analyzed. Results All the cases were treated with internal fixation surgery and postoperative respiratory status improved significantly. Thoracic deformity was corrected,traumatic pain was significantly reduced,and can be tolerated. Thoracic form got a good recovery. Pulmonary infection,wound infection,atelectasis and other complications were not ocurred. Conclusion Rib jaw-shaped bone plate for the treatment of multiple rib fractures has reliable results. Its advantages are as follows: simple and quick operative technique,minimal invasive surgery,without taking out postoperativelyt and curative effects were satisfactory.
