摘要
[目的]优化非洲菊组培快繁技术体系。[方法]研究不同外植体、激素水平对非洲菊愈伤组织形成、芽分化及根诱导的影响。[结果]以花托作为外植体,愈伤组织诱导率高;MS培养基中加入6-BA 0.4 mg/L十TDZ 2.0 mg/L十NAA 0.3 mg/L时,形成愈伤组织多,愈伤组织结实,芽诱导效果最好;在1/2MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L培养基中,非洲菊根长势最好,且小苗移栽活率最高。[结论]该研究为非洲菊的大规模生产提供理论依据。
[ Objective ] In order to optimize the technical system of Gerbera jamesonii tissue culture and rapid propagation. [ Method ] The effect of different explants and hormonal readiness on Gerbera jamesonii callus formation, bud initiation and root induction were conducted. [ Result ] The result showed that using receptacle as an explant , could accurate the induction rate, adding 0.4 mg/L 6-BA, 2.0 mg/L TDZ and 0.3 mg/L NAA to MS medium could form more callus,and had stronger callus and the best bud induction. In the medium of 1/2MS and 0.5 mg/L NAA, Gerbera jamesonii grew best and plantlet had the best survival rate of transplanting. [ Conclusion ] The study provided the basis for the mass production of Gerbera jamesonii.
