摘要
[目的]筛选最佳的球兰扦插基质种类和配方,以达到工厂化繁殖及种质资源保护的要求。[方法]以3个不同种类的球兰为材料,开展球兰4种扦插基质的扦插繁殖试验。[结果]Hoya nummulariodes,Hoya chinghungensis和Hoya lacunose 3个品种的球兰在纯水苔作为扦插基质中的发根长度均最长,而椰壳块的发根长度最短。在珍珠岩:蛭石=3:1的扦插基质中发。[结论]以珍珠岩∶蛭石(3∶1)作为扦插基质比较经济且扦插效果好。
[ Objective ] The aim was to screen the best formula and the types of the Hoya cutting matrix in order to achieve the reguirements of the breeding and germplasm resources protection. [ Method ] Based on 3 varieties of Hoya as experimenta] material , cutting propagation ex- periment by 4 cutting medium was done. [ Result] The result showed that for this 3 varieties of Hoya nummulariodes, Hoya chinghungcnsis and Hoya lacunose , their length of roots was most using visphagnum moss as cutting medium, while worst using the coconut shell as cutting medi- um. The number of roots was most using perlite : vermiculite (3 : 1 ) as cutting medium , while worst using the coconut shell as cutting medi- um. [ Conclusion ] Perlite: vermiculite (3:1 ) was the best cutting medium.
