摘要
[目的]为对嵊泗贻贝食用安全进行预警提供参考。[方法]在2013~2014年6月和8月对嵊泗贻贝进行大肠杆菌数量、菌落总数、铅、镉、多氯联苯、麻痹性贝类毒素和腹泻性贝类毒素等监测。[结果]嵊泗贻贝的大肠杆菌、菌落总数、麻痹性贝类毒素、腹泻性贝类毒素符合农业部二类以上贝类生产养殖区的规定,可直接上市销售。嵊泗贻贝的铅、镉、多氯联苯符合《食品中污染物限量》(GB2762-2012)的相关要求。[结论]嵊泗贻贝能满足使用“国家地理标志”专用标志的农产品质量要求。
[ Objective] The research aimed to provide references for early-warning of the edible safety of Shengsi mussels. [ Method] The num- ber of Escherichia toll, total number of colonies, Pb, Cd, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBS), paralytic shellfish toxin and diarrhoeal shellfish tox- in of Shengsi mussels were monitored in June and August of 2013 and 2014. [ Result] The detection results of Shengsi mussels from the number of E. coli, total number of colonies, paralytic shellfish toxin and diarrhoea[ shellfish toxin conformed to the second standard of Ministry of Agricul- ture in the producing and breeding areas of mussel, so it could be sold on the market. The detection results of Pb, Cd and polychlorinated biphen- yls (PCBS) of Shengsi mussels were in accordance with the requirements of " contaminant limits in food" (GB 2762-2012). [ Conclusion] Shengsi mussels could meet the quality demands of agricultural products with the logo of "national geographical indication".
