林业推进生态文明建设重要行动探讨——以贵州省贵阳市观山湖区为例

Discussion on the Important Action of Forestry Promoting Ecological Civilization Construction——Taking Guanshanhu District of Guiyang City,Guizhou Province as an Example

林业作为生态文明建设的关键领域和主要阵地,在生态文明建设中具有不可替代的作用。文章通过提出林业生态文明示范村(寨)创建行动、猫跳河小流域石漠化综合治理行动、百花湖饮用水源保护行动、百花山脉和黔灵山脉森林生态系统修复示范行动、将军山城市森林文化广场建设行动、生态文明宣教行动、生态红线保护与物种拯救行动、森林保护"六个严禁"执法专项行动等八项重要行动来推进贵阳市观山湖区生态文明建设,以期为区域的生态文明建设和林业发展提供参考依据。

As key areas and the main positions of ecological civilization construction, forestry has an irreplaceable role in the construction of ec- ological civilization. This paper proposes eight key actions to promote the ecological civilization construction of Guanshanhu District of Guiyang City, in order to provide reference for the development of ecological civilization construction and forestry areas： Forestry ecological civilization model village creating action; Maotiao River small watershed rocky descrtifieation control action; Baihua Lake drinking water source protection action; Baihua mountains and Qian]ing mountains forest ecosystems restoration demonstration action; General Hill City forest Culture Square building action ; Ecological civilization missionary action; Protect the ecological red line and save species actions; Forest protection ＂Six Prohibi- tions＂ law enforcement special operations.
