摘要
非能动余热排出热交换器是AP1000核电技术特有的设计,其管板内传热管胀接工艺应用了定位胀、全长度液压胀和换料水箱二次侧局部机械胀等多种胀接工艺,为保证胀接后传热管形变满足技术要求,应对胀管区胀接情况进行检测评估。基于该检测需求,介绍了非能动余热排出热交换器胀接工艺、胀管评估要求、胀管轮廓涡流检测在检测实际中的应用。
Passive residual heat removal heat exchanger( PRHR HX) is unique for AP1000 nuclear plant. Tack rolling, mechanical rolling and hydraulic expansion are used during manufacture of passive residual heat removal heat exchanger. Expansion quality shall be evaluated to make sure the technique specifica- tion satisfied. The expansion technique and expansion requirements are introduced. Also eddy current pro- file technique is introduced to expansion evaluation.
