FPD气相色谱法测定水中有机磷农药

Determination of organic phosphorous pesticides in water by LLE-GC-FPD

通过优化色谱柱和升温程序,研究了液液萃取-火焰光度检测器(FPD)气相色谱法测定水中6种有机磷农药的方法。结果表明,该方法线性良好(r>0.999),检出限为0.044μg/L^0.091μg/L;精密度好,RSD为0.9%~4.8%;加标回收率为89.2%~116%。可以达到饮用水监测的要求。

Through optimizing chromatographic column and temperature gradient,this paper describes the method for determination of 6organic phosphorous pesticides in water by LLE-GC-FPD.The method shows good linearity（r0.999）,and its detection limit is 0.044μg/L^0.091μg/L with good precision.The relative standard deviation comes to be 0.9%~4.8%,the recoveries ranges is from 89.2%to 116%,so the method can meet drinking water monitoring needs.
