摘要
焦化过程中产生的PM2.5污染物是导致周围大气受到污染的主要来源,对焦化过程中PM2.5的排放进行监察与控制是保护环境必不可少的措施。针对炼焦生产过程与回收过程产生的PM2.5进行分析探讨,控制方法采用一次粒子和两次粒子的前体物以及利用能量流进行有序回收化学产品的负压新方法,为运用废弃循环和分段加热相结合的焦炉的改造提供一些参考依据。
PM2.5pollution in the coking process is the main source of the atmosphere pollution.The monitoring and control of PM2.5emissions in the process of coking is necessary measures to protect the environment.This paper analyzes PM2.5in coking production process and recycling process,adopts a particle and two particle precursor as control method and uses energy flow orderly to recycle chemical products,providing some reference for the combination of waste cycle and incremental heating to transform coke oven.
