摘要 目的通过测定体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)助孕患者卵泡液中CD4+T细胞及CD8+T细胞的比例来探讨淋巴细胞亚群对卵母细胞的影响。方法选取IVF助孕的患者40例,根据获卵率的多少分为获卵正常组(A组)与低获卵组(B组),采用流式细胞仪对两组患者成熟卵泡液中T淋巴细胞亚群进行分析,探讨其相关性。结果 B组患者卵泡液中CD8+T淋巴细胞明显高于A组(P<0.05),两组患者卵泡液中CD4+T淋巴细胞所占比例没有显著性差别。结论卵泡液中CD8+T细胞的比例增高可能影响到IVF助孕患者的获卵率。 Objective To analyze percentage of T lymphocyte subpopulations in follicular fluid (FF) of IVF patients and their effect on ooeyte. Methods Forty IVF patients were divided into two groups : patients with good rate of oocyte - ob- tained( A,n = 20), and poor rate of oocyte -obtained (B, n = 20). We evaluated FF T lymphocyte subpopulations and their association with oocytes. Results B group had increased CD8^ + T cell percentages compared with A group. The differences in the percentages of CD4 ^+ T cells in B group compared with A group were not statistically significant. Con- clusion The percentage of CD8 ^+ T cell in FF may affect the obtain of oocytes.
