筛前神经部分阻断联合中药饮片治疗变应性鼻炎临床研究

Clinical study of anterior ethmoidal nerve block combined with rhinitis decoction in treating allergic rhinitis

目的探讨筛前神经阻断治疗变应性鼻炎术后3—6个月内，应用鼻炎汤剂和应用鼻用激素（曲安奈德鼻喷雾剂）对鼻腔功能恢复的差异性，观察鼻炎汤剂能否完全替代鼻用激素药物。方法100例患者，随机分成两组各50例，治疗组术后服用鼻炎汤剂，对照组应用曲安奈德鼻喷雾剂，通过变应性鼻炎各项评分标准进行客观评分，比较两组术后鼻腔完全清洁时间、鼻痒、打喷嚏、流涕、鼻塞等症状的改善。结果两组疗效比较，总有效率均为100％，组间比较无统计学差异（P〉0．05）；两周内术腔完全清洁比率分别为治疗组88％，对照组84％，组问比较无统计学差异（P〉0．05）；治疗后两组在鼻痒、打喷嚏数、流涕、鼻塞等症状积分上均较治疗前有明显降低（P〈0．01）；治疗后组间比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论筛前神经部分阻断术后服用鼻炎汤剂完全可以替代鼻用激素药物，且中药饮片毒、副作用明显小于鼻用激素类药物，患者更易接受。

Objective To study the anterior ethmoidal nerve blockade in the treatment of allergic rhinitis after 3 -6 months, application of rhinitis Decoction and application of nasal steroids （Triamcinolone Acetonide Nasal Spray） recov- ery differences on nasal function, rhinitis decoction can fully substitute for intranasal corticosteroid drugs. Methods A fofal of 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 50 cases in each group, taking rhinitis decoction after opera- tion in experimental group, the control group used Triamcinolone Acetonide Nasal Spray, objective score through allergic rhinitis scores standard, compared two groups of postoperative nasal cavity clean time, nasal itching, sneezing, runny nose, stuffy nose and other symptoms. Results Comparison of two groups, the total effective rate was 100% , no signif- icant difference （P 〉 0. 05 ） between the two groups; Two weeks completely clean surgical cavity rates were 88% for the treatment group, 84% of the control group, no comparison between groups statistically significant difference （P 〉 0. 05 ） ; After treatment, nasal itching, sneezing number, runny nose, significantly lower than before treatment （ P 〈 0. 01 ） on a stuffy nose and other symptoms scores; After treatment group, the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion The anterior ethmoid nerve block after taking rhinitis decoction can replace rhinitis nasal steroid drugs, and Chinese Herbal Medicine toxic side effects was significantly less than nasal steroids, were more likely to accept.
