摘要
目的探讨非典型抗精神病药物长期治疗精神分裂症患者1年后对生活质量的影响。方法选取河南省精神病医院治疗的88例精神分裂症患者,将其随机分成研究组44例和对照组44例,研究组的患者采用非典型抗精神病药物治疗,对照组采用经典抗精神病药物治疗。探讨1年后对患者生活质量的影响。结果研究组患者的生活质量评分(20.64±4.89)分,显著低于对照组患者的生活质量评分,结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的个人和社会功能评分(76.69±2.98)分,显著高于对照组的评分,结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的不良反应总发生率(36.36%)显著低于对照组,结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者长期采用非典型抗精神病药物进行治疗1年,可使其生活质量显著提高,使患者的个人和社会功能有显著的改善。
Objective To investigate the influence of atypical antipsychotics in treating schizophrenics on life quality af- ter one year. Methods Totally 88 schizophrenics in our hospital were selected and were divided into observation group （ n = 44 ） and control group （ n = 44 ）. The observation group was given atypical antipsyehotics and control group was given classic antipsychotics. Results After one year, life quality score of observation group （ 20. 64 _ 4. 89） was obvi- ously lower than that of the control group （28.58 _＋ 6. 95 ）, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Per- sonal and social function score of observation group （76. 69 -＋ 2. 98 ） was obviously higher than that of the control group （60. 65 -＋ 2. 65 ） , the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Adverse reaction rate of observation group （36. 36% ） was obviously lower than that of the control group （61.36%） , the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Atypical antipsyehotics in treating schizophrenics in one year can improve the life quality and personal and social function.
