急性脑梗死大鼠CD4^+CD25^+调节性T细胞及caspase-3的表达及相互关系

摘要 目的探讨CD4^+CD25^+调节性T细胞对脑梗死的作用。方法雄性wistar大鼠40只,随机分为大脑中动脉闭塞(middle cerebral artery occlusion,MCAO)24 h、72 h、1周、2周组和假手术组,检测造模后血中CD4^+CD25^+调节性T细胞和皮层casepase-3蛋白的表达。结果造模后24h、72h MCAO组与假手术组比较无显著差异性(P>0.05),在1周、2周后MCAO组与假手术组有显著差异性(P<0.05);MCAO组24h皮层有Caspase-3阳性表达,积分光密度较假手术组有显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论不同时间点随CD4^+CD25^+调节性T细胞的表达增多,皮层Caspase-3表达量及核阳性率逐渐衰减,表明CD4^+CD25^+调节性对脑梗死有保护作用。
