急性胰腺炎消化内科保守治疗临床体会 被引量:2

摘要 急性胰腺炎(SAP)发病危急、并发症多、死亡率高,其中以急性胆源性胰腺炎居多。急性胆源性胰腺炎(ABP)是急性胰腺炎最主要的类型,约占后者的60%,死亡率达20%以上。
