摘要
日本福岛事故引起人们对严重事故的关注,而严重事故相关的仪表系统设计及鉴定标准不完善,我国核电行业多种技术路线并存的现象严重,所遵循的标准也有所差异,导致设计标准不统一。基于此,对美国、法国、国际电工委员会(IEC)的核电设计标准进行了研究分析,形成了严重事故仪表系统设计要求和质量鉴定方法,为国内相关工作开展奠定基础。
The accident happened in Fukushima Japan attracted attention to severe accidents, while in our country, the design and appraisal standards for severe accident related instruments and systems are still imperfect; and for nuclear power industry, multiple technical routes coexist, design standards are not unified, and the standards to be followed are different. Thus, the design standards of nuclear power issued by America, France and IEC are researched and analyzed; and the design requirements and quality appraisal method for severe accident related instruments and systems are formed, to lay the foundation for carrying out relevant works in our country.
