摘要
对核电厂电动主给水泵(APA)的调速系统进行了研究,并针对手动调速模式下给水泵转速调节幅度过大的工程问题进行了研究及验证。研究及验证采用理论研究结合现场试验的方式。理论研究主要集中在手动调速和自动调速两个可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)程序,再经过现场的实际操作进行结果验证,最终及时解决了以上问题。
The research on speed regulation system of motor driven main feed water pump in nuclear power plant is conducted, and the engineering problem of excessive adjusting amplitude for the speed in manual operating mode is researched and validated. The way of research and validation is theoretical research combining with field tests;theoretic research is mainly focused on controlling the PLC programs for manual regulation and automatic regulation of the speed, and then the results are validated through practical operation on site, finally above problem is resolved promptly.
