摘要
对国内核电厂核仪表系统(RPN)源量程通道信号异常事件的原因和改进措施进行研究。通过分析源量程通道组成、信号异常现象、信号传输线路及传输波形,建立源量程通道等效电路模型;对模型进行电路分析,得到源量程通道理论干扰源。建立信号异常故障树,对已发生事件、同类型因素比对并排除故障树无关枝节,得到源量程信号异常的薄弱环节及原因,同时给出改进措施。改进措施已应用于实际核电项目建设中,对国内外同类事件的处理具有一定参考价值。
The causes of the signal abnormal event of source range channels of nuclear instrument system ( RPN) in domestic nuclear power plants and related improving measures are researched. Through analyzing the composition, abnormal signal phenomenon, signal transmission path, and transmission waveform, the equivalent circuit model of the source range channel is established. Circuit analysis is conducted for the model;the theoretical interference source of the source range channel is obtained. The signal abnormal fault tree is setup;by inter-comparison of the events that have occurred, the same type of factors, and exclude unrelated branches and knots of fault tree, the weak links and reasons of abnormal signals of source range are found, and the improving measures are also given. The improving measures have been applied in construction of practical nuclear power projects, these possesses certain reference values for processing the same type of events at home and abroad.
