摘要
核电厂远传隔膜密封压力变送器的精度性能极易受到环境温度变化带来的负面影响,从而可能会对核电厂的安全运行带来潜在威胁。以ISA和IEC核安全相关仪表不确定度标准作为理论出发点,对压力变送器和远传隔膜密封装置温度影响的产生机理进行了研究。提出了如何减少变送器温度影响的选型建议,并以实例说明了变送器标定量程的温度修正方法。
In nuclear power plants, the accuracy of the pressure transmitters with remote diaphragm seals is easily affected by ambient temperature, thus potential threat exist to safety-operation of the plant. Based on the uncertainty standards of nuclear safety related instruments from ISA and IEC, the generation mechanism of the temperature influence on the pressure transmitter and remote diaphragm seals are researched. The suggestions for model selection to reduce temperature influence of transmitter are proposed, and the temperature correction method for calibration span of transmitter is explained as example.
