航天回转零件径向数控钻孔专机控制系统设计与实现 被引量:2

摘要 针对某航天回转零件制造过程中因人工钻孔引起的孔位置精度差、效率低等问题,设计了一套数控钻孔专机的控制系统。系统以西门子828D数控系统为控制核心,设计了系统的外围接口和PLC控制程序,并编写了相应的G代码加工程序进行了数控钻孔工艺试验。试验结果表明:该数控钻孔专机极大提高了钻孔质量和效率,满足该零件的钻孔要求。 Aiming at the poor position accuracy and low efficiency caused by artificial drilling in the manufacturing process of space rotary part, the control system of a NC drilling machine was designed. The peripheral interface circuits and the PLC program of the system were designed based on SIEMENS 828D NC system. At the same time, the NC drilling process test was launched by pro?gramming corresponding G?code processing program. The test results show the drilling quality and efficiency are largely increased, the NC drilling machine designed can meet the drilling requirements of the space rotary part.
