蓄电池铅片自动称量分堆配重专机设计

摘要 针对目前蓄电池铅片自动称量分堆配重精度差、效率低的现状,设计了自动称量分堆配重专机。从称量和分堆配重的自动化目标出发,给出了专机设计的总体方案,在此基础上分别对方案中涉及的机械运动动作、主控电路、软件控制流程及控制算法进行了阐述,所运用的通过找出适应度和位置差同时满足目标变量的二分优化匹配度方法,能兼顾铅板配重精度和配重效率,采用RS485通信接口和MODBUS通信协议,为实现与后续包片工序、装盒工序等各个环节数据的相互传送提供了可能。 In view of the current situation that the poor accuracy and low efficiency of automatic weighing and distributing machine while weighing and distributing lead sheets into heaps, a special automatic machine was developed. The overall design about this spe?cial machine , aiming at providing a method for weighing and distributing in a more professional way, was provided and its mechanical motions, master control circuit, software control procedures and algorithm were elaborated respectively. The method called dichotomic optimized matching method in which a proper balance between efficiency and accuracy was maintained by finding the proper adapting degree and the position error which was within a given range of the target variable simultaneously. RS485 communication interface and Modbus communication protocol make data transmission between the following procedures such as packaging and assembling etc possi?ble.
