摘要
阐述了在为某采煤公司研制螺旋扶正器杆体的过程中,打破传统的正向设计思路,引用现代三维扫描测试技术、曲面重构技术、CAD/CAM技术以及先进制造技术来实现产品实物的逆向过程,缩短了产品研制周期,提高了产品质量,创新了产品的设计思路,使用效果良好。
In the development process of spiral centralizer rod for a mining company, the traditional positive design idea was bro?ken, to realize the reverse process of product, modern 3D scanning technique, surface reconstruction technology, CAD/CAM technology and advanced manufacturing technology were introduced. The product development cycle is shortened, product quality is im?proved, design idea is innovative, a good use effect is gotten.
