摘要
生产中发现采用抗震车刀对某铃铛型零件进行盲孔数控车加工时,加工质量难以保证且刀具容易损坏。在分析零件结构及原有工艺问题的基础上,采用优化工艺步骤、设计专用内喷切削液的低成本PCD刀具、设计专用减震夹具和提高切削液泵能力的综合改造手段,成功解决了该生产技术问题,大幅度提高了质量和效率,又降低了生产成本,为类似压铸铝合金零件加工提供实用借鉴。
It is difficult to ensure processing quality and the cutting tool is easy to damage, when anti?vibration cutting tool is used to turn blind hole of bell shaped parts. Based on the analysis of part structural and original processing problems, an effectively method to improve quality and reduce cost was presented via process optimization, designing a central jet PCD tool and a damping fix?ture and increasing capacity of cutting liquid pump. It is beneficial for precision machining of die casting aluminum alloy parts.
